State has submitted a report. Report reflects that the police authorities, on receipt of the written complaint of one Sanjit Biswas, a cousin of the writ petitioner, Baruipur PS Case No. 1769/24 was registered for investigation against private respondent nos.

On completion of investigation charge sheet has already been submitted.

Learned advocate for the private respondent submits that a civil suit/second appeal is pending. In view of the police authorities having taken the investigation of Baruipur PS Case No. /24 to its logical conclusion and a jurisdictional Magistrate has taken cognizance of the offence, I am of the opinion if the petitioner is faced with fresh inconveniences, petitioner would report to the jurisdictional court. Further, since second

appeal is pending so far as the civil disputes are concerned, the same be brought to the notice of the Court in seisin of the civil dispute.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 24239 of 2024 is disposed of.
