Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody for about 100 days. It has further been submitted that the petitioner has two minor children who are facing inconveniences because of the absence of the present petitioner and who are also seriously ill.

Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that there are statements under Section 164 of Cr.P.C. which implicates the present petitioner.

I have considered the materials in the case diary as also the fact that the case is of the year 2016 and the petitioner have been absconding for about 9 years. Having regard to the same, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, CRM (M) 1844 of 2025 is dismissed.
