Santi Das, learned advocate appears on behalf of the petitioner and submits that the writ petitioner does not want to proceed with the matter and in support of the same Ms. Das has filed one letter dated 5th January, 2022 which she has received from her client. It also appears that pursuant to the previous order dated 14th February, 2022 notice has been served upon Contai Co-operative Bank Limited. However, no one appears on behalf of the respondents today.

The letter dated 5th January, 2022 and the notice dated 14th February, 2022 are taken on record. In view of the submission made on behalf of the petitioner the writ petition stands dismissed on the ground of non-prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on compliance of requisite formalities.
