The revisional application has been preferred in respect of the warrant of arrest issued against the petitioners by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Bardhaman. In view of the submissions advanced by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioners, last opportunity is granted to them. In case, the petitioners appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim Medinipur on or before 10th May, 2024 and the learned Magistrate finds that the petitioners were earlier on bail, they may be allowed to continue on the same bail and bonds.

In case the petitioners do not appear and/or surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 3rd Court, Asansol, Paschim

Bardhaman on or before 10th May, 2024, the next working day, the learned Magistrate would issue harsher process adhering to the provisions of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to overcome the consideration of charges within two months from the date of appearance of the accused persons and fix dates for the purpose of the case once in every 45 days. If the learned trial court is of the opinion that the trial is required then on each and every 45 days it would fix date for taking the trial to its logical conclusion. With the aforesaid observations, CRR 3813 of 2023 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
