Learned advocate for the State has

submitted a report, which reflects that the case has been registered and investigation is in progress.

Learned advocate for the Railway Authorities disputes the contentions advanced by the petitioner.

As the case has already been registered, the same should be taken to its logical conclusion by the investigating authority.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24230 of 2024 is Disposed of.
