28.09.2021 sb CRR 3188 of 2012 (Via video conference) In the matter of : Soma Panda ....Petitioner The revisional application was preferred for challenging the order 27.6.2012 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah in Misc. execution case no. 17 of 2012 arising out of Misc. case no. 496 of 2009.

The order dated 27.6.2009 reflects that the learned Magistrate after considering the prayer advanced by the rival parties was pleased to reiterate the earlier order regarding payment to be made and in default, distress warrant was to be issued. The learned Magistrate by the said order, fixed the next date of hearing on 27th July, 2012.

Having regard to the subject matter involved in the revisional application and the steps taken by the learned Magistrate, I am of the view that no interference is called for. Accordingly, CRR 3188 of 2012 dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
