Versus

Sri Pradip Kumar Panda In Re: An application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

The revisional application was preferred against the order dated 16.07.2012 passed by the Learned Judicial Magistrate, 4th Court, Howrah in Misc. Execution Case No. 4 of 2011 arising out the Misc. Case No. 496 of 2009. The grievance of petitioner is that the Learned Magistrate on payment of certain sum of money fixed subsequent date on 22.08.2012 for payment.

The petitioner's contention was that a direction should be made upon the employer to pay the monthly maintenance amount.

Having regard to the contentions advanced in the revisional application and the prayer contended therein, I

am of the view that the same cannot be accepted by this Court after 9 years of the revisional application pending. As such no interference is called for.

Accordingly, CRR 3189 of 2012 is dismissed.

Pending application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
