The revisional application was preferred challenging the proceedings being complaint case no.C/12619/2012 pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 16th Court at Kolkata under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act. The records of the revisional application reflects that the order was till four weeks after the Puja Vacation of the year of 2013. The subject-matter of the revisional application involves issues relating to disputed question of facts which cannot be agitated before this Court at this stage and are to be considered by the learned Trial Court at the stage of the final arguments of the case. Consequently, no interference is required at this stage. Accordingly, C.R.R. 3190 of 2012 is dismissed. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
