This matter relates to re-fixation of pay scale and payment of pension according to the re-fixation on the ground that the overdrawal amount as was indicated initially in the petitioner's pension payment order was paid to him by the authority. He has sent one representation on 8th December, 2017.

After hearing the parties I think that this representation is required to be considered by the District Inspector of Schools (S. E.), Burdwan being the respondent no.5.

I grant twelve weeks' time to the District Inspector of Schools to consider the representation after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within that period.

The decision of the District Inspector of Schools after consideration of the representation which is at pages 90 and 91 of the writ application would be

communicated to the petitioner by two weeks thereafter by the said District Inspector of Schools. With the above direction, this application is disposed of.
