It is rightly pointed out by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the order dated November 21, 2022, in the first paragraph of the fourth page thereof, it was recorded that "it is also doubtful whether the petitioner's claim was at all maintainable in the year 2017... " However, an inadvertent error has cropped up inasmuch as the expression ought to have been "it is also doubtful whether the WBSEDCL's claim was at all maintainable...".

Let the order dated November 21, 2022 be deemed to stand corrected accordingly.

Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated November 21, 2022.
