1. This writ petition has been filed as a public interest litigation alleging that the private respondents have made illegal constructions in a water body.

2. It is pointed out by the learned advocate for the 14th respondent that the 14th respondent has filed another writ petition, which is pending before the Hon'ble Single Bench, in which the present petitioner is one of the private respondents against whom there was an allegation of encroachment.

3. In this writ petition, the petitioner has not disclosed about the pendency of the other writ petition filed by the 14th respondent, in which the writ petitioner has received notice.

4. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain a public interest writ petition at the behest of the present petitioner, Amzad Mollick. It will be well-open to

the writ petitioner to canvass all the grounds in the pending writ petition, which has been filed by the 14th respondent.

5. With the above observations, the writ petition is dismissed.

6. No costs.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
