The petitioners have approached this Court by enclosing documents relating to order passed in the year 2022 in a proceeding under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. No communication has been made to the police authorities in respect of specific accusations of any cognizable offence so far as the private respondents are concerned. As none appears on behalf of the State, Mr.

Sirsanya Bandopadhyay, learned junior standing counsel is directed to represent the Staterespondents. He is entitled to have a junior of his choice. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

In view of the contents, accusations and allegations, I am of the view that no case has been made out for interference by this Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition being WPA 24291 of 2024 is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
