It transpires from the pleadings in the contempt application that the alleged contemnors have deliberately violated the order dated February 11, 2020 passed in W.P. 21798(W) of 2019, whereby the respondent nos.6 and 7 were directed to ensure that the documents required by the respondent nos.1 to 3 for disbursal of the pension of the petitioner are forwarded immediately to the said respondents, who are the authorities responsible for such disbursal.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, pursuant to the direction dated June 23, 2022, a copy has been served on the learned advocate appearing for the alleged contemnors.
Hence, further service of copy is dispensed with. The alleged contemnors shall file their affidavits-inopposition within three weeks from date. Reply, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter.
The matter shall be enlisted for hearing on August 4, 2022.
