1. Heard Mr. Sen, learned counsel for appellants, Mr. Rajarshi Basu, learned counsel for State and Mr. Lutful Hoque, learned counsel for private respondents. With the consent of the parties, the matter is finally heard.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties fairly reached to a consensus. It is agreed that since the impugned order dated 22.09.2025 is a non-speaking order, it may be set aside and the learned Single Judge may be requested to re-hear the parties on the question of interim relief again.

3. In view of the consensus arrived at, impugned order dated 22.09.2025 is set aside. The

learned Single Judge is requested to re-hear the parties on interim prayer and pass the order in accordance with law.

4. The Registry shall list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge having appropriate determination on Monday (24.11.2025).

5. With the aforesaid, the appeal and the connected application (I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2025) are disposed of without expressing any opinion on merits.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be furnished to the parties expeditiously upon compliance of all legal formalities.
