Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned State counsel, I find that on two occasions, the anticipatory petition was rejected by the learned Sessions Judge and further there are certain other incriminating materials on record.

2. In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

3. The application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
