1. It appears that an inadvertent typographical error has crept into the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in this criminal revision.

2. At the heading in the order sheet, instead of "CRR 3304 of 2022", it should actually be read as "CRR 3304 of 2017". The other portions of the judgement shall remain unaltered.

3. The inadvertent typographical error is hereby corrected and the order dated 12.12.2025 shall always be read conjointly with this order.
