It appears from the documents relied upon by the writ petitioner as proof of his age, are manufactured /fabricated for the purpose of the present litigation. As recorded in the order dated November 22, 2022 the transfer certificate from Dudhia High School is a fabricated document. The headmaster of Dudhia High School clarified the position that the petitioner was not a student of the said institution. Furthermore, the transfer certificate bears a stamp showing the year of establishment of the institution as 1960 whereas the year of establishment of the institution was 1959. The fraudulent acts committed by the petitioner are serious in nature and deprecated by this Court. In the circumstances, the writ petition being WPA 23669 of 2022, is dismissed with costs assessed at Rs.20,000/-. Such costs are to be deducted from the Ex-

gratia payment that may be due and payable by Sahayak Welfare Society to the petitioner.
