Mr. Imran Ali, Ms. Debjani Sahu ... for the State Learned advocate for the State submits the death certificate of Mina Rani Paul, the sole petitioner of this revisional application, be taken on record.

It appears therefrom that Mina Rani Paul died on 28th March, 2021.

She further submits that after death of sole petitioner the entire proceeding become infructuous in respect of the petitioner. Accordingly she prays for dismissal of this revisional application as it become infructuous.

I find substance in the submission of learned advocate for the State.

Accordingly the instant revisional application being CRR 3310 of 2017 is dismissed as infructuous. Interim orders, if any, stands vacated.

No order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
