Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits his prayer to the extent that liberty may be granted to the petitioner to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate Jhargram in G.R. Case No. 1173 of 2022 arising out of Belpahari Police Station Case No. 85 of 2022 within fifteen days.

Learned senior counsel submits that till that time the protection may be granted to the petitioner. 3.

Considered the submissions. Petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram in G.R. Case No. 1173 of 2022 arising out of Belpahari Police Station Case No. 85 of 2022 on or before 20th December, 2025. Till that time no coercive action against the petitioner, in case the petitioner fails to surrender before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Jhargram on or before 20th

December, 2025 the warrant of arrest may be executed against the petitioner.
