versus Pranati Chakraborty Mr. Debottam Das ... for the petitioners This application for expeditious disposal of a probate suit no. 3 of 2016 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, (Re-designated Court), Bankura. It appears from the record that on several occasions the petitioner prayed for an adjournment and it also appears from the order sheet that the matter had to be adjourned on the ground that the local advocates' Bar Association took resolution that no adverse order should be passed. However, taking note of the fact that the said probate suit no. 3 of 2016 before the learned Additional District Judge, (Re-designated Court), Bankura is pending since 2016, the learned Judge is requested to dispose of the said probate suit no. 3 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Hence, the instant civil revisional application stands disposed of.
