Despite service, none appears for the alleged contemnor.

The affidavit-of-service filed in court today be kept on record.

However, it is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the person who has been impleaded in the application as contemnor has, since been transferred. Learned counsel seeks leave to amend the cause title to incorporate the name of the present incumbent in the said designation.

Leave, accordingly, is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to effect necessary amendments in the cause title and to incorporate the name of the present incumbent by the next returnable date.

The petitioner shall serve a fresh, corrected copy of the contempt application, after carrying out such

amendments, on the present incumbent, indicating that the matter shall next be enlisted under the same heading on February 3, 2022.

The petitioner shall file a fresh affidavit-of-service to that effect on the next returnable date.
