The petitioner, the defendant in Title Suit No. 279 of 2017 pending before the 2nd Court of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Howrah, is praying for a direction for immediate disposal of its application under Order XIV Rule 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The said application since has been filed only on July 12, 2022, the prayer is pre-matured, the learned Trial Judge, however, is requested to expedite the disposal of the said application in accordance with law. C.O. 3470 of 2024 is disposed of without any order as to costs.
