The Court : The order dated 9th August, 2021 is mentioned for correction.

The third paragraph on the first page of the said order shall stand corrected to read as follows:

"No further communications shall be made by the Indian Bank to the Reserve Bank and the other authorities that the petitioner is a wilful defaulter and their names shall also be requested to be withdrawn from the list of wilful defaulters of CIBIL and other such Credit Information Companies."

Let these corrections be incorporated in the order dated 9th August, 2021.

The CIBIL is directed to remove the name of Allahabad Bank which is now Indian Bank and their outstanding dues from the petitioner from the list of wilful defaulters immediately. (RAJASEKHAR MANTHA, J.) A/s.
