Having considered that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed, as is reflected from the police report submitted on behalf of the State, I direct that the earlier conditions imposed be modified to the extent that the petitioner shall be physically present on each and every date before the learned trial court and shall not leave the district of Hooghly without prior permission of the learned trial court. Accordingly, CRAN 1 of 2026 is disposed of.
