1. Pursuant to order dated 18th May, 2023, the parties filed an application for mutual divorce under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the learned District Judge, Jalpaiguri. On 12th July, 2023 the learned District Judge allowed the application for mutual divorce and decreed the suit on consent in terms of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955.

2. In the order dated 18th May, 2023 we passed certain directions with regard to the certain amount to be deposited every month in the PPF Account being A/c No.

00000032362735356, SBI, Suri Branch, Birbhum and also a lum sum amount to be transmitted in the minor account by the respondent/husband by NEFT or RTGS in the name of the child, guardian being the mother.

3. Mr. Arijit Chatterjee, learned counsel appearing for the respondent, has produced

documents showing compliance of the order dated 18th May, 2023 and the same is kept with the record.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the parties have submitted that in terms of the order dated 18th May, 2023, the respondent has the visitation right twice in a month.

5. Mr. Chittapriya Ghosh, learned counsel appearing for the appellant, submits that a direction to be passed to the Branch Manager, SBI, Suri Branch, Birbhum with regard to the PPF Account is concerned.

6. We directed the respondent to deposit the sum, mentioned in the order dated 18th May, 2023, every month to the designated PPF Account and on maturity the entire amount shall be transferred to the designated bank account of the child. The Branch Manager shall take note of the said order and must ensure that no inconvenience is caused to the appellant and the child in this regard.

7. On the basis of the order dated 12th July, 2023 passed on the application for mutual divorce and decreed the suit on consent in terms of Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 and with the aforesaid direction the appeal being

FA 84 of 2021 is accordingly disposed of.

8. However, there shall be no order as to costs.

9. Urgent Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
