Petitioner is aggrieved that his complaints with the police authorities did not yield any result and never addressed.

Learned advocate for the State is present and submits a report. The report reflects that in the year 2022, Jharkhali Coastal P.S. Case No.78 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022 was registered for investigation and charge-sheet was subsequently filed in the said case. In the year 2024 on or about 17.07.2024, a case under Sections 107/116 of Cr.P.C. was registered and after the petitioner approached the learned Executive Magistrate in MP Case No.738 of 2024, a report has been submitted before the learned Executive Magistrate. Police has also kept strict vigil in respect

of the disputes and differences between the petitioner and the private respondent nos.9 and 10.

Petitioner submits that illegally the private respondents have commenced construction at a property which belongs to him.

So far as the said issue is concerned, petitioner would be at liberty to approach the jurisdictional civil court which would decide regarding the title of the property and pass appropriate directions regarding the legality and/or illegality of the construction.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 24301 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the learned advocate for the State be kept with the record.

There will be no order as to costs.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
