Counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the order dated 18th November, 2022, the Authorized Officer under the Public Premises Act has received back the possession of the property in question with appropriate assistance from the Taratala Police Station.

The report of the Officer-in-charge, Taratala Police Station dated 22nd November, 2022 addressed to the State Advocate be taken on record.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
