Heard learned Counsel appearing for the parties and perused the materials available in the case diary. 2.

Having heard the Learned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the State Counsel as well as learned Advocate appearing for the defacto complainant, I find that there are sufficient incriminating materials against the present petitioner. The victim girl is only nine years old.

Hence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 4.

The prayer for bail stands rejected.
