It has been submitted by Mr. Bandopadhyay, learned advocate representing the alleged contemnors that pursuant to the order dated 12th June, 2023 passed by a coordinate Bench on the connected writ petition steps were taken by the alleged contemnors and a joint inspection report was prepared based on inspection held on 26th September, 2023. Such report is annexed to the affidavit of compliance at page 19. Page 20 of the affidavit of compliance also contains a sketch map which was prepared on the basis of a joint inspection held on 26th September, 2023.

Accordingly the contempt application stands disposed of. The contempt proceeding stands dropped.

However, this order shall not preclude the applicants to take steps in accordance with law against the inspection report prepared by the

alleged contemnors based on inspection held on 26th September, 2023.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
