1. As rightly pointed out by the learned Counsel for the State that the sections with which the petitioner has been charged, as revealed from the F.I.R, are bailable. Hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to apply before the jurisdictional court.

2. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is disposed of.

3. However, the petitioner shall comply with the notice under Section 35(3) of the BNSS, 2023 in the meantime.

4. The learned Counsel for the State has assured that in the event of compliance, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner.

5. This protective order is there for a period of one week from date and shall not influence the learned jurisdictional court in deciding the application for bail.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
