The instant criminal revisional application has been filed for quashing of proceedings in M.P. Case No. 537 of 2011, under Section 144 & 147 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 pending before the Learned Executive Magistrate, Khatra including order dated 23rd November, 2011 passed by the learned Magistrate. The effect of the impugned order has already expired. Under such circumstances, the instant criminal revisional application has become infructuous and disposed of. Copy of the order be sent to the department for immediate compliance.
