The petitioner seeks relaxation of bail condition directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of the learned trial Court without prior permission, not to enter the jurisdiction of Singur P.S. and to meet the officer in charge of the concerned PS once in a fortnight until further orders. It appears from the report that the petitioner has been complying with the bail conditions imposed upon him and nothing adverse has been reported against him. In view of the above, the bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of the learned trial Court without prior permission, not to enter the jurisdiction of Singur P.S. and to meet the officer in charge of the concerned PS once in a fortnight until further orders are waived.

However, the other conditions of bail shall continue. CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
