In 3rd line of 1st paragraph and 2nd line of 2nd paragraph of the order dated 6th December, 2024 " respondent No.3" shall be read as "appellant No.3". In 4th paragraph and 5th paragraph of the order dated 6th December, 2024 "The informal paper book to be filed by the concerned parties on the next date of hearing. Let the matter be fixed on 7th March, 2025" this portion should be deleted.

In 3rd paragraph of the order dated 6th December, 2024 is modified to the following extent that "Since the appellant Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 had been on record, being legal heirs of the appellant No.3, the office of the learned Registrar General, High Court at Calcutta is directed to disburse the share of the appellant No.3, since deceased, out of the compensation award in equal proportion to the appellant Nos. 1, 2, 4 and 5 as expeditiously as

possible. In view thereof, the application being CAN 2 of 2024 is disposed of".

Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 6th December, 2024.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
