2. The petitioner seeks transfer on medical ground of her child. The application of the petitioner is pending consideration at the end of the District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman.

3. Without going into the merits of the said application, the instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Chairman, District Primary School Council, Purba Bardhaman to consider the said application in accordance with law, at the earliest, but

positively within a period of ninety days from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the petitioner immediately thereafter.

4. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of the representation seeking transfer to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of the Court.

5. The writ petition stands disposed of.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order be supplied to the parties, if applied for, as early as possible.
