Learned advocate for the State has filed the report of the Officer-in-Charge Phoolbagan PS dated 7.8.2023 which was filed in compliance with the order passed by this court. The said report stated that the complaint Case553/2010 was dismissed on 22.2.2016 along with the copy of the internet print out of the said order has annexed as annexure 1. Learned advocate for the State has also filed a copy of the order dated 21.9.2016 in MAT Suit No. 76/2016 whereby the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Sealdah South 24 Parganas had granted the decree of divorce between the parties on mutual consent.

Let the said report as well as the photocopy of the order passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge Sealdah South 24 Parganas be kept with the record. Under such circumstances, the instant revisional application has become infructuous and accordingly, disposed of.

Department is directed to communicate this order to the learned trial court immediately for information.
