This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.

Record reveals that the aforesaid application was filed sometime in the month of September 2022 and the same is still pending.

In view of the aforesaid, CO 3494 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), 7th Court at Alipore to take up the hearing of the application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same within a period of four weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
