1. Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

2. In view of the fact that huge narcotic substance has been recovered from the house of the present petitioner, the petitioner is unable to rebut the presumption under Section 37 of the NDPS Act.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, this application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
