Petitioners submit they are not the principal accused. They are in custody for 77 days. They pray for bail.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

Learned Advocate for the victim also opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record. As per statements of witnesses petitioner and others threw bombs. As a result, victim lost his left hand. 5.

In view of gravity of offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
