Heard the learned Advocate for the parties.

Petitioner has deposited 50% of the amount raised in the final assessment bill to the tune of Rs.1,31,720/- . 3.

In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the nature of allegations, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioner viz., Nejamuddin Sekh be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023. He shall appear Signed By :
