Learned senior advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent of the charges, he has all documents to substantiate that he is an Indian citizen and has been falsely implicated in connection with the instant case. Learned advocate for the State has produced the Case Diary. The earlier order reflects that certain documents were submitted for which enquiry was to be conducted as the Coordinate Bench was not satisfied with the enquiry. Be that as it may, if a status report is required to be submitted in respect of the documents, the same be submitted before the learned trial Court which is in seisin of the proceedings. Learned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and take the case to its logical conclusion.

However, it is clarified if the petitioner is in possession of any documents, the learned trial Court will not hesitate to check the genuinity of the same.

Having regard to the gravity of the offence, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, CRM (M) 1867 of 2025 is dismissed. Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate appearing for the State.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
