Sri Pinaki Nandy @ Tanu This is an application for expeditious hearing of Title Suit No.475 of 2021 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chinsurah, Hooghly.

Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that an application for injunction is still pending. He further submits that 13th March, 2024 has been fixed by the learned Court below for hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the Code of Civil Procedure.

In view of the aforesaid, CO 3495 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Chinsurah, Hooghly to take up the hearing of the application for injunction on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the next date fixed, without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties. After disposal of the application for injunction, the learned trial Judge shall make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously. \ (HIRANMAY BHATTACHARYYA, J.)
