For the petitioner This is an application for expeditious hearing of an application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, filed by the plaintiff/opposite party as well as the application for vacating the injunction order filed by the defendants/petitioners.

It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the application for injunction and the vacating application are pending for a long time. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned advocate for the petitioner, CO 3496 of 2023 is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division at Diamond Harbour, South 24 Parganas to take up hearing of the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 along with the application for vacating the order of injunction on the next date fixed and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight weeks from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
