The petitioner has challenged the selection of the recruitment process of 2009 conducted by the DPSC, Howrah. She has filed the writ petition on 25th September, 2023.

The petitioner is, therefore, within the cut off date mentioned in the order dated 9th April, 2024 passed in WPA 3268 of 2015 (Sourav Naskar & Ors. Vs. The State of West Bengal & Ors.).

She shall, therefore, be entitled to the benefit of appointment on the same terms and conditions as mentioned in the aforesaid order.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
