The writ application has been preferred praying for direction upon the respondents to withdraw the Memo No. 171/CS/FS/JHALDA/24 dated 31.05.2024, other modified notifications in connection with the aforesaid Memo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner at the time of hearing submits that the writ application be disposed of with the direction to consider his representation dated 30.08.2024.

On hearing the learned counsels of the parties and on perusal of the materials on record the writ application is disposed of with the direction that the respondent no. 2 shall consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.08.2024, within 60 days from the date of communication of this order, on hearing the parties, by passing a reasoned order in accordance with law.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
