1. Contempt is alleged of the order dated 13.03.2024.

2. Although the petitioner is not represented today, it appears that the order could not be complied with in view of the pendency of the Special Leave Petition No. 30809 of 2024. Since the said Special Leave Petition has been dismissed on 12.12.2024, there is no impediment in granting pension to the petitioner, who is unmarried daughter of the deceased teacher.

3. For the aforesaid purpose, the concerned D. I. of Schools (SE) shall forward all necessary calculations, findings and recommendations to the DPPG after making due enquiries as regards marital status of the petitioner urgently and without delay preferably within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The DPPG shall thereafter issue Pension Payment Order upon being satisfied with the clarifications within seven days thereafter.

5. With the aforesaid observations, the contempt application is disposed of. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

6. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
