1. Parties to the instant contempt application are represented by their respective learned advocates.

2. At the time of hearing Mr. Robiul Islam, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged Contemnor No.2 submits upon instruction that the alleged Contemnor No.2 has already initiated the process of reconstruction of the boundary wall as directed by this court.

3. Upon instruction Mr. Islam further submits that it will take two weeks' time to reconstruct the said wall to its fullest extent. Mr. Islam thus submits that two weeks' time may be given for compliance of the order as passed by this court.

4. In turn, it is submitted by the writ petitioner that the alleged contemnor has not paid the cost amount as yet.

5. It is further submitted by the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner submits before this court upon instruction that the alleged Contemnor No.2 has bought some building materials but construction has not been started yet.

6. Such being the position, this court is inclined to grant some time to the alleged Contemnor No.2 for compliance of the order of this court.

7. In view of such, let this matter be listed in the week commencing from May 4, 2026, under the same heading.

8. On the said day the alleged Contemnor No.2 shall submit a compliance report enclosing therewith the photographs showing reconstruction of the wall as directed.
