Having heard the leaned Counsel for the petitioner and also taking into consideration the objection of the learned Counsel for the State, I am not inclined to allow the prayer for bail of the petitioner since there are sufficient materials showing that apparently the petitioner was present at the time of assault and I also find that there is no delay in conducting the trial. 2.

Thus, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Apurba Sinha Ray, J.)
