In the 4th line of 10th paragraph of the judgment dated 16th April, 2025 "18.02.2019" shall be read as "05.04.2018".

Other portions of the judgment remain unaltered.

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the judgment dated 16th April, 2025.

Copy of the order be sent to the Department for immediate compliance.
