1. All the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties
to this revisional application are present.
2. This instant revisional application has been preferred assailing the order dated 8th February, 2024 passed in connection with Criminal Revision No. 217 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. Case No. 641 of 2021 under Sections 498A/406/506(ii)/ 34 of the Indian Penal Code which was pending before the Learned Judge, 2nd Bench, City Sessions Court Calcutta.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners has submitted that the instant revisional application has been filed assailing one inter locutory order passed in Criminal Revision No. 217 of 2023 which was already withdrawn at the behest of revisionist.
4. Thus, being the position, the instant revisional application has become infructuous.
5. The revisional application being, CRR 1243 of 2024 stands disposed of accordingly.

This instant revisional application has been preferred assailing the judgment and order dated 29th July, 2024 in connection with Criminal Appeal No. 46 of 2024 arising out of MISCN Case No. 02 of 2022 under Section 12/23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 passed by the learned Additional Session Judge, 1st Fast Track Court, Bichar Bhawan, Calcutta .
7. Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner as well as opposite party no.2 are present.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that an order passed in connection with MISCN Case No. 02 of 2022 under Section 12/23 of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 was assailed in the appeal which was disposed of, but in the meantime MISCN Case No. 02 of 2022 under Section 12/23 of the Act, 2005 has already been withdrawn. Accordingly, it is submitted that the instant revisional application has become infructuous because of withdrawal of the MISCN Case No. 02 of 2022 under Section 12/23 of the said Act, 2005 on account of compromise between the parties.
9. Considering all facts and circumstances, the instant revisional application being, CRR 3593 of 2024 along with connected applications stand disposed of accordingly.
In Re: CRR 3832 of 2023 10.
Both the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner as well as opposite party are present. 11.
This instant revisional application has been preferred challenging the order dated 19th April, 20223 passed in connection with Miscellaneous Case No. 55 of 2021, wherein Learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Calcutta refused interim maintenance sought for at the behest of the petitioner/wife.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that on account of compromise between the parties, petitioner/wife has already withdrawn the Miscellaneous Case No. 55 of 2021 under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. It has been submitted, thereby, that the instant revisional application has become infructuous.

Thus, being the position, the revisional application being, CRR 3832 of 2023 being infructuous, stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertakings. 15.
