In the 4th and 5th line of the third paragraph of the second page of the said order, the expression 'NDPS Case No. 30 of 2022 dated January 11, 2022' shall stand corrected to read as 'Khargram PS Case No. 30 of 2022 dated January 11, 2022 under Section 21(c)/29 of the NDPS Act'.

Let the aforesaid corrections be incorporated in the order dated March 20, 2023.

The other parts of the said order shall remain unaltered.

The Department is directed to make necessary corrections.
